About Me

I'm Marko, currently an aspiring physicist trying to finish his MSc in computational physics. I've long had a love for the internet and what it offers in terms of self-expression, creativity and connection. I've been disillusioned by the modern hypercorporate landscape the internet has become and was motivated by Parimal's essay "Rediscovering the Small Web" to reclaim a slice of cyberspace for myself. Besides physics my interests include electronics, computing, programming ... nearly everything in tech. I really enjoy music and would love to exchange song recommendations. I think it's perhaps one of the nicer ways to get to know somebody. Not long ago I took up radio SIGINT as a fun hobby. Creatively I like to express myself by making shitty songs and various forms of "art". Most recently I've been diving into analog video synthesis and visuals via feedback looping. I might make a post about this someday. I think that's it for now. Perhaps I expand this section some later time :)
